UNICEF Child Protection students (CP-STUDENTS) RECEIVED AND ENROLLED INTO BOSVEI-BIU
Bayo LGA of Borno state with a strong support and encouragement from the Bayo LGA chairman have successfully identified 61 vulnerable children to benefit from the UNICEF Child Protection program by enrolling the 61-CP students into Borno state Vocational Enterprise Institute-Biu.\r\n\r\nTPO Nigeria received the students and gave the CP-STUDENTS adequate orientation on Child Protection and the associated concerns. Highlights on Child Protection messaging focuses on GBV and it\'s concerns, Mental Health and Psychosocial support services (MHPSS), and the Child protection case management.\r\nTPO Nigeria further gave the students a familiarization tour of the school facility to mentally prepare them into an informed decisions in the selections of skills based on their contextual locations of origin and the derivable benefits thereafter \r\nAll the students have chosen and have taken a skill. All the 61-CP students from Bayo LGA has since been ushered into their respective classes for the skill acquisition.\r\n\r\nHowever, school uniforms is given to them at a go and TPO Nigeria coordinated and facilitated the process. TPO Nigeria is glad for taking the lead role.\r\nThe CP-students are equally appreciative and happy.
